文献翻译LEEP手术烟雾中的HPV

目的

本研究的目的是探讨LEEP手术产生的烟雾中是否存在人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）DNA。并研究了这些HPVDNA对手术医生的影响。

方法

研究对象包括在年至年期间接受LEEP治疗CIN病变的持续HPV感染的名门诊患者，以及相应的LEEP手术医生。使用流式荧光原位杂交技术（FISH）检测LEEP前后患者脱落的宫颈上皮细胞、手术烟雾及手术医生鼻黏膜上皮细胞中的HPVDNA。

AtotalofoutpatientswithpersistentHPVinfectionstreatedwithLEEPforcervicalintraepithelialneoplasiabetweenand,alongwiththecorrespondingLEEPoperators,wereincluded.TheflowfluorescenceinsituhybridizationtechniquewasusedtodetectHPVDNAinexfoliatedcervicalcellsfromthepatients,insurgicalsmokeandinnasalepithelialcellsfromthesurgeonsbeforeandafterLEEP.

结果

上述三种样本中HPVDNA的阳性率分别为94.8％，29.9％和1.5％。手术烟雾中HPV亚型的分布与宫颈标本中的相同。手术烟雾中HPVDNA的阳性率随着抽吸装置距手术部位的距离的增加而显著增加。两名手术医生的鼻黏膜上皮细胞HPVDNA检测呈阳性，且基因型与相应手术烟雾中的基因型一致。经过3-6个月的随访，这两位医生的鼻拭子提示HPVDNA转阴。

ThepositiveratesofHPVDNAinthethreetypesofsamplesmentionedabovewere94.8%,29.9%and1.5%,respectively.ThedistributionofHPVsubtypesinsurgicalsmokewasidenticaltothatinthecervicalspecimens.ThepositiverateofHPVDNAinsurgicalsmokewassignificantlyincreasedforgreaterdistancesofthesuctiondevicefromthesurgicalsite.ThenasalepithelialcellsoftwosurgeonswerepositiveforHPVDNA,andthegenotypeswereconsistentwiththoseinthecorrespondingsurgicalsmoke.Aftera3-6-monthfollow-up,thenasalswabsfromthesetwodoctorstestednegativeforHPVDNA.

结论

该研究表明LEEP产生的手术烟雾中存在HPVDNA，并且在手术过程中存在HPVDNA的随空气传播的风险。幸运的是，术者鼻咽部的HPV并不会持续存在。

ThisstudydemonstratedthepresenceofHPVDNAinsurgicalsmokeproducedbyLEEPandtheriskofairbornetransmissionofHPVDNAduringtheoperation.Fortunately,theHPVDNAinthenasopharynxoftheoperatorswasnotpersistent.
